Job Purpose:

Key Accountabilities:
It will be your responsibility to manage a portfolio of existing relationships, ensuring all customer needs are met. We look for highly motivated individuals to proactively identify and develop further business opportunities and promote the development of Bank of Ireland's profile through effective networking with key business introducers and market influencers. In more senior roles you may also coach and motivate a dedicated team to deliver an excellent service and results.
Skills & Experience:
You will have a proven track record of at least five years in customer relationship management, credit management, building networks and identifying new customers.
In addition we require our business developers to have excellent market knowledge, along with strong leadership and interpersonal skills. You will also have experience of managing the performance, coaching and development of others.
