For solicitors, stockbrokers, accountants and Estate Agents
Perfect for pooling client money
Interest paid Gross*, monthly or half yearly
Interest can be added to the account, or a nominated account
Minimum balance £1

Designated Client Account

For solicitors, stockbrokers and accountants on behalf of a named individual client or corporate body
Interest paid Gross* or Net† (depending on circumstances)
Interest paid monthly or half yearly
AER** set 0.3% below Bank of England Base Rate
Minimum balance £1

Escrow Account

Money held on behalf of 2 firms of solicitors
Dual Signatories, with Statements sent to both parties
Interest paid monthly
Interest paid Gross* or Net† (depending on circumstances)
Gross Rate set at Bank of England Base Rate minus 0.25%
Minimum balance £1

Qualifying Time Deposit

Competitive Rates quoted daily
Rate & term fixed at time of opening
Interest paid Gross* on maturity

No withdrawals or deposits during the fixed term chosen.
